Gig Harbor WA
Backstory: Luxury Home Photography in Gig Harbor’s Richmond Beach Area
When it comes to the real estate market in the Puget Sound, it’s no doubt that Gig Harbor stands out as a rapidly growing, ultra competitive market with rising prices. According to the National Association of Realtors, the average home buyer looked for 10 weeks before buying and looked at an average of 10 homes. So, what is the key to finding success in a hot, cut throat real estate marketplace and being one of those 10 homes someone wants to come see? Easy! Make yourself stand out with some fantastic real estate photography. Here’s a few ways we helped this client stand out from the crowd.
Find out what’s special and unforgettable about the house, and show it off.
Not only was this house in a thriving, growing, and unique community, but it was also at a price point of over a million dollars. The unforgettable aspect of this property: Its open spaces. When planning our photo shoot, we toured the property to get a good feel for just how tall and wide open these spaces were. From the grand entry way, to the great room and kitchen, even up to the master bedroom, this home boasted plenty of open living areas. When it comes to real estate photography, we find the unique beauty in the home and show it off.
When taking photos for real estate, we aren’t afraid to be artistic!
Some people look at pictures of real estate photography and think, “Oh, that house is really nice.” In this our opinion, ‘really nice’ isn’t good enough for us. We knew this home had aspects of special beauty. Not everyone home has a 20 foot entry with a custom lighting package, but this one did. These are the apsects of homes we never miss out on showing.
Some homes have views, and others have views for DAYS!
We never miss an opportunity to show off the views of a property when it comes to real estate photography. Not everyone home has a 180 degree view of the Puget Sound, but many homes have views that need to be showcased! When buyers are searching through listings, they are drawn to photos of properties with unique appearances. We make sure to never miss out on a killer view.
According to the NAR, 32 Percent of buyers were NOT willing to make any compromises at all when purchasing a home last year including price, state of the home, location, etc. Why settle for less than perfect when marketing the home you want to sell?
